Lg ac was in my mind but it’s price was around 45k when cost of Lloyd was around 39 k. Why pay non Indian brands 6k extra for almost same features. It’s Our second Lloyd AC. We are happy.

Ac design looks like a whale (bulky), cooling so far is decent given peak heat of Delhi in June. Installation was done on the same day as delivery, so full marks there. As far as energy efficiency is considered, I would be able to answer this only after receiving my electricity bills. Overall 4/5, you can go for it, Flipkart has improved its delivery services a lot.\n\nP.S – The wifi doesn’t work even after trying N number of times. So it is just a normal inverter ac. \n\nI will further update the review after a month of usage.

Very good product by havells got all new features under 40k while the same product will cost around 46k in other brand so i go with completely indian brand as i do always. But overall after using 1 month i loved it wonderful cooling by smart inverter and for me it is smart buy

Ac design is very poor according to 1 ton its very big,as company said electricity consumption 700units per year its totally fake its taking 7-8units per day on 24°c and above also so overall its not good ac go for other one.

Delivery of the product is correct on time! Installation is also arranged next or within 2days, but I suggest request for vaccum pump installation to remove hydrogen, so that u can get good cooling experience, and u can also be safe in future problems like gas leakage, blasting of ac,etc! So I personally request everyone one to do vaccum pump on installation to observe old hydrogen to remove which is used on testing process! If that not done R32 gas which has highly flameable, if they don’t done that may result in gas leakage problem in feature, blasting problem in feature! It’s will be almost 2-3hrs process so don’t worry to pay! And please give some extra money 100-200 for particular person! Because it’s long term process so don’t hesitate to pay them! If u done u can feel the really good experience while using ac! If it’s not done its ok the product is good and cools faster! The only negative I say it don’t have room temperature indication which is need me to know the time taken to cool and to know power consumption! I’ll edit if I got any solution to know the power consumption of hour basis!

Cooling is good but design wise look bulky as compared to my old LG AC. Wifi connect works well with Google Mini, sometimes the command doesn’t executes but I think this is problem with Google engine not with the product. The Havells sync app is clean and simple, easy to understand and use.

This is a very well thought and built AC. Almost all the requirements a person can have from an AC has been embedded into it. I like this model and brand. Cool and confortable. However the technicians need to be more efficient . I think they are bit less knowledgeable
