The item delivery and installation was fast. We got the AC installed within2 days of delivery, but within next 20 days the AC had issues like the electric line was tripping, the cooling had stopped, it was throwing E6 error. It’s super frustrating when a brand new product starts giving you trouble. The service team fixed it.
It’s not even 30 days the E6 error was fixed and it is back again. It’s absolutely not worth buying this product. Strongly not recommended.

Installation cost like 7000 but the product is a beast, its big and cools the room fast. If it’s a 160sqft room directly beneath the terrace it’s better to go for 2 ton instead of 1.5.
It says it’s wifi ready but i bought a pmt wifi pcb, it’s not compatible with any of their pre-installed library of IR codes.
It should specify some brand of pcb for their “Wi-Fi Ready” A.C s.

Noise level jo h so h. 3.1 units par hr. Me consume kar raha h jabki lagatar 6-7 chalaya h. Inverter tecnology par question mark h. Just double units consume kar raha h. Consumption 1.65 se .82 ke beech hona chahiye. Cooling capacity divided by ISEER?So this AC consumed ( 18.2 +19.2 +17.1 +11.5 = 66 units in 6.15 + 8 +7.5 +4.75 =26.25 hrs.) in four days. — I.E. 2.51 UNITS PAR HOUR. This shows that the consumption is about just double of the specification . This AC runs for 8 hrs.par day for 8 months will consume 8 x 30 x 8 x 2.51 = 4819 units against specified 1263.64 units just 3.38 times. This will cause a monitory loss of about ( 4819- 1363 = 3556 units x 7/- par unit ) Rs. 24192/- just half of prize of AC. to the purchaser . Complaint was given to their wattsup number but response from them was not good at all. Havells a great renound company but customer service is not appreciable. In Amazon advertisement IDU size is 116.1 x24x34 cms. but supplied is of 111 x20x30 cms. and ODU size shown 94 x68x37 cms.but supplied is of 84 x65x34 cms. Please think before purchasing.
