I wish there was a negative rating for this product. I’ve used a JBL on the ear headphone and numerous others but never faced a issue with recording. I bought this a couple of days ago for the sole purpose of recording. The weight and logitech brand was an attraction. When I play the recorded audio, there is a buzzing noise which keeps coming intermittently in my files, the volume button does not work, the volume in my recording automatically changes from low to high. I’ve checked all my system controls, modified any potential control to avoid this issue but in vain. Now, I can’t even return this because I don’t have the original box. My money is wasted. I could have gone for BOAT or JBL instead of this 3rd class product.

Only negative I found
When I use the mute button in the inline remote, it mutes my microphone I agree but in teams it is not showing as I’m muted.
