Pros:
Good product its worth buying.
Cons:
Risky to purchase on online platform as it may come in damaged condition.
1. Delivery is good
2. Items received are manufactured recently(Feb 2023) so happy with that
3. Battery:- Battery received in good condition so no issues with battery
4. Inverter:- Inverter received is good but got in damaged condition. Im attaching video and images for that.
5. While ordering this i ordered from Infinia-Retail but later same seller renamed to PSPLBATTERY (had a chat with seller they mentioned infinia-retail and PSPLBATTERY are same)
and on invoice bookmybattry is mentioned as seller, its quite confusing.
Overall:
Product is good but the outer body of inverter is quite poor quality. But if possible its better to purchase from local shop as its bit risky to order this from amazon as i received damaged inverter.(will write complete review after 1 month of use)

With in a year The Battery failed .Raised a complaint to Luminous CC.They have collected from me and told that the battery is not working and Will be replaced with new. So far not yet replaced.Already 10 days over.
