I order this pack of 2 very expensive Luminous Mahattan fans from amazon, recieved it on 31st May and was waiting for my technician to come and fit, when I opened it on 13th June, I found one of the fan’s box packing is not what it should be like for a new fan, then I thoroughly check it and found that the product has lots of scratches and paints damages, I then tried with my technician to start it but then as expected it was not at all working. My mistake was only not to check this before 10th June, but being a regular Amazon customer I didn’y bothered to do it.Now I can’t see any option to replace or return this order as the return window got closed on 10th June. REALLY FRUSTRATED with the kind of service and product I received from Amazon, neither there is a contact for customers to connect and talk to amazon.in support.

Looks good but there are other fans that might be better in comparison… the remote is a bit less reactive but does the job… the light is too bright to be used as a moon light even at the lowest brightness settings

It’s not as elegant as it is claimed to be. No effect of starry night – don’t understand what the heck they meant by it. The product is quite and looks decent but not elegant or stylish. No idea about energy efficiency and I don’t know how anyone can claim to get to know of it with apllicaed in the house interfering in your interpretation

Very poor performance after using of more than 1.5 year it is not energy, efficient as well. It’s its canopy get crushed while revolving. So in my opinion, don’t buy

It’s a treat for eyes at night, but makes some noises, more over one green light remains on whenever you use to switch off the main light , which may be irritating at night, my seller was “Ganesh light house.” and sorry to say that product look like used item,so I have returned it to Amazon.

Liked the look of the fan but when comparing it to another fan in bought in orient for the same price I feel that was way better . This produces a lot of sound

Based on the reviews i was hesitant to order, however i liked the fan very much, the way it looks. I have ordered 2 of these fans. Amazon delivered them as promised and delivery was hasslefree.
Coming to the fans, one fan was normal (no abnormal noise) while the other one was producing heavy noise while rotating. I presume the bearing is the culprit for the noise I think there is some manufacturing batch of these fans, where the bearings are faulty. Anyway, i fitted the good fan and put replacement for faulty fan.
The fan is simply wow and surely improves the asthetics of the room. Regarding performance its high speed fan, i used to put my earlier fan at a speed of 3, whereas this i am putting on speed 1. I have observed all speed levels and i did not found any abnormal noise. The fan feels slightly overpriced, prie upto 5000 will surely attract more customers. Overall i am happy with the purchase and i ll recommend to buy it. I have attached video and few snapshots for reference.
Update: i have now received the replacement fan and its working good, installed it. Using both the fans.
Now there is a bug that, single remote can operate both the fans simultaneously. If i want to start one fan the other gets switched on, thats annoying now. Launched complaint with Luminous customer care. Will update further, after their input.
Further update: luminous executive has informed that the issue cannot be resolved as the product is same. A workaround has to be done like using main power switch for on/off and using remote for speed control. I feel its weird, but keeping the fans as i liked them

Firstly the ceiling fan looks very elegant. The screws provided were not fitting at all, I had to buy new screws. would request luminous to look into it so others don’t face a problem while installation.
There is an issue with the battery vs switch.
If you start from the switch, then it’s very unpredictable. Remote should be the default option however for that the switch needs to be perpetually on and that too with regulator on zero speed.
The fan makes some noise when you start but later it’s very smooth.
