Installation Details

Standard installation of air-conditioners upto covers only: 1) Drilling of holes into a brick wall for taking out the pipes 2) Fixing a hole sleeve & Cap. 3) Fixing & Connecting indoor and outdoor units using the standard Kit provided by the manufacturer. Not covered as part of standard Installation charges are: 1) Outdoor unit stand – Rs. 750-1000. 2) Extra copper wire – Rs. 600-800 per metre (Two sized copper pipes will be used) 3) Drain pipe extension- Rs. 80- 110 per metre. 4) Wiring extension from the meter to the installation site – Rs. 90 per metre. 5) Vinyl tape roll -Rs. 80-110 6) Dismantling/shifting of the old AC's – Rs. 700-800 7) Closing the holes with White Cement – on Actuals 8) Stabilizer 9) Plumbing and masonry work 10) Power-point/MCB fitting and any other electrical work 11) Carpentry work. 12) Core cutting fabrication and electrical. Note: we highly recommend to use standard & authorized accessories Only. In case customer arranges accessories by his own, Brand Service Engineer might refuse &/or ask for labour charges for fixing these accessories.

    Produce wise, this is one good product and value for money for which I gave it 5 stars.\nSmart Features like Google Assistance or Alexa are very useful.\n\nCompressor noise level is almost none\nCooling is very fast\n\nElectricity Consumption is yet to be analyzed, but I have positive hopes about it\n\nAC Installation service was also good, the only disappointment is scheduling of installation by Jeeves.\n\nJeeves customer care and their technicians have no communication. I received AC Delivery 3 days earlier and I got notification from Flipkart / Jeeves that installation will be done on next day. I waited for next 2 days and everyday morning I got notification from Jeeves that Mr. XYZ is assigned for installation today, and technician’s phone number wasn’t reachable and he didn’t call either. On 2nd day I could get in touch with the technician and he said he is out of city. On calling Jeeves customer care, they talk same recorded tape but unable to help.\n\nAtlast calling Flipkart customer care and escalating the issue might have helped and technician appeared on 3rd day, installed the two ACs in 3.5 hours with very professional work.\n\nAnnoying experience is with setting wrong expectation, it is ok to inform that technician will arrive 2 days after delivery. Scheduling date and time and not sending technician is irritating as I had to cancel all my prior appointments for 2 days.

    Product is awesome but installation was terrible. Though I have paid more than 2500 bucks for installation, Jeeves technician was not co-operative. Technician denied to install stabilizer which i have bought alongwith ac. He was asking to buy stabilizer from him only. Jeeves has to look after this. AC is yet to be tested extensively in summer. Will update accordingly.\n\nDesign:- Very good\nPrice:- VFM (bought it for 25.5k on BBD)
