This washing machine is so awesome working very well go for it guys without any hesitation… And yes guys don’t worry about the inlet water connection settings guys just joint with your regular pipes which fit with the washing machine pipe I just upload a pic of that it’s working fine yes you need good pressure water but its work with your normal tab if that has enough pressure…….

Washing machine is great value for money and especially for 4+ families. \n\nNot happy with installation(1Star), the engineer was more interested in selling wm cover and stand.. Did a shoddy job of installation. He is yet to replace the water inlet to a longer one which he had promised… It’s 10 days as of now and doesn’t respond to calls. Jeeves pls do the needful and rectify this issue.

Literally I love this product, it’s just amazing, I was finding front loaded but when I saw this product (by flipkart),marq product that time I just wanted this machine ,I will definitely suggest you guys please purchase this product ,lots of love for this product ,A big big big big LIKE to My lovely washing machine.

Marq 10.2 top loading… Machin is great.. Powerful motor.. Smartly wash.. Low noise spin.. Works with zero water pressure that’s great.. Slowly close window… Only imp features.. Now i don’t like more features washing machin.. More features ur machin depression more… Easy to function…\nOnly i concerned – machin takes 3 times water it Meance u have enough water supply in ur water tank.\nRest of go head. Got it delivered safe and secure, Installation guy didn’t know the functions of the machine but it’s very easy and there’s a quick start guide! \nThe machine itself looks awesome and sturdy, doesn’t shake and comes with all functions\nWater consumption is but high cuz of top load but the performance is also good,Not the best but considering the price that I got 10.2kg in 14k it’s Value for Money!

Product design and performance is great. The delivery was also quite fast. But the problem was with the delivery person having to carry an almost 40kg unit up to the second floor by himself. It is not fair on his part. Ekart should plan on such deliveries ahead of time and have at least 2 people available in such cases. Also the demo was arranged quickly after delivery but the demo person from Jeeves wasn’t very knowledgeable on the operation of the device. He seemed a little confused and tried to rush through the explaining. I assumed what ever he missed explaining I could just look through in the user manual.. but surprise surprise.. there is no user manual in the box. Only installation booklet. That’s all.. moreover he called up Jeeves customer care to complete the demo process on my behalf using my phone and instead of having me speak completed the call himself which should not be allowed. Acting over smart is a trait amongst these technicians it seems.. so beware of the demo personnel. Make sure you understand the operations properly especially if the machine is to be operated by parents or senior family members who may not be tech savvy.

Stunning looks, superb build quality, looks so premium.\nThree cheers for Flipkart delivery. Though the delivery was scheduled for the evening, the delivery guy called up and delivered in the morning itself as we were available at home.\nWaiting for the demo which is scheduled for today. Anticipating a good performance in terms of washing and durability as well.\n\n*Hopeless Demo.\nCalled up the Installation & Demo guy on Friday as I got the number from the SMS that I got from the Flipkart partner – Jeeves. He promised to come in the evening or else the next day morning. He did not turn up. Called the next day and Sunday too; he did not pick the call.\nI was following up because the machine was taken on exchange and hence have no other device to wash clothes.\nFinally, on Monday, he attended. He sounded so busy and was telling that if am available he will come or else he has other tasks! I asked him to come. He wanted the location map though the address was clearly mentioned with the landmark. Now this was my mistake not moving the pin rightly. Anyhow I went by bike and brought him as it was urgent.\nHe was continuously on calls. Talking over phone in one hand, he lifted the washing machine with my help on the other side and rushed to the work area though I was asking to be carefully. It hit on one side for which he assured nothing happens!\nHe just connected the pipe left by the old washing machine, switched on the plug and declared that it’s not as tough as my old washing machine. He just read out the options written on the machine and asked to press the buttons below it to choose whichever option we need. And if we need to wash it, use that particular option. Waw! How simple!\nThere’s an Express Wash option, Child Lock option etc. These are not explained in details.\nIn short,\nInstallation meant shifting the machine to the work area, connecting the existing pipe and switching on the plug.\nDemo was just a basic explanation by reading out what’s written on the machine. I think anyone can do this. It was not a professional one at all.\nThough the guy was so busy when he came, he offered to visit anytime again if I want as he’s staying close by! After all what’s the purpose!\nI waited for (literally wasted) 3 days for no reason.\n\nNow comes the feedback call from Jeeves. I explained things to him in detail and asked him to mark a \

After six months using I am writing ✍️ that it’s a fabulous product in this range Every one must buy I recommend to everyone bcz it’s performance is nice and it’s design is good but not very well but awesome in comparison to other its a great item 👍 Flipkart thanks

Writing review after using more than 2 weeks:- Value for money, Good product, good quantity, programs working good, able to wash up to 7 sets (14 pant & shirts) in single load / weekly collected cloths of 2-3 member or 1 king size (double bed) blanket or 3 small and thin blanket in single load. Nice Made in India product.
