I have been using it for quite a while now.\n\n1) delivery : 5/5 prompt delivery without any hassle. \n\n2) installation: had to pay for the drain pipe, the power socket and the stand. It was as per standard which I checked from urban company.\n\n3) product quality : \n A) sound : well, it’s silent… And you can sleep peacefully.\n\nB) cooling : excellent for 140 sq ft room. As the temperature reaches 24, the speed slows down.\nUsing it for almost 12 hours every day.\n\nC) power consumption : will update once the bill is received.

Till now facing no problem. I was doubtful after seeing reviews about remote issues but in my case I’m not facing it may be because AC is installed closer to my bed and it’s functioning properly in 1 click apart from this cooling is also good. I purchased 1 Ton for my 120 sq ft room & I’m getting good cooling. Have been using it for only 4-5 days.

I had marq 1 ton model which was made in chine compared to that this one is made in India. The indoor unit in current model has lower grade of plastics. The remote response is poor. Rest things are same. Effective cooling , efficient , prompt delivery and installation.
