Dr. Sudheer Kher from Pune. Bought a Maccoy air cooler Jet 30L in Mar 2018. Excellent product, space saving, convinient water input, good looks, powerful bower with three speed setting. Easily portable from room to room. The summer was really comfortable with this cooler. There was a problem with swing which stopped working after three months ie in June 18, called the toll gree No. was promised a technician will come within 2 days. Frankly didn’t believe them. To my surprise next evening a technician came home after fixing time on phone, checked the problem and replaced the swing motor in matter of 15 minutes. Not a rupee charged!! Excellent customer care service!! Happy that I chose this cooler!!
