Not soo great a product. Quite noisy, cools down to some extent. I habe a symphony air cooler which does a better job than this. But symphony broke down within a month of purchase, but this has been going strong even after 1.5 yrs. Recommend it if you are not bothered about the noise much.

I purchased this locally and not on Amazon, but I’m writing this review upon seeing the negative reviews about this AirCooler on Amazon. Please understand that when you plan to buy an AirCooler first check the size of your room, hall or any place in your house/office/shop where you want to keep the AirCooler and then decide on which size or variant of AirCooler is suitable for that setting. This McCoy AirCooler Major model is suitable only for a room (or any other place in your house/office/shop) measuring 8ft x 10ft (or) 10ft x 12ft. If you buy this for any other place which is bigger then you won’t get satisfactory results. We have kept this in a room (10ftx12ft) and the experience is awesome. You can experience a pleasant sleep in the night with this one. I hope this helps!
