I used many power banks of various companies but i would say this is best in all. Some of points i really liked and force me to buy this product-
1. Quality and design is top notch. 5/5
2. Size of this power bank is really compact. This is best fit into your pocket and weight is not too much. So easy to carry while going anywhere.
3. 22.5 W is what i liked the most. This is real beast in this price range and it takes 4 hours to charge 0 to 100%. For Battery and charging- 5/5

Its perfect for fast charging and PDs (power delivery). I am using it for my iPhone XR with mfi certified pd cable and it charges my phone as per its claim. No such battery health issue after 10 days in my iPhone.
I am also using this to charge my AirPods and Apple Watch in its low power mode (double press the power button to enter into low charging mode for watch and airpods).
Till date, its perfect. I will update if it has any adverse effects on battery health of iPhone.
