Most people here have don’t seem to know how to use the product.
I purchased the Mi Mop2i recently and after 48 hours of use these are my thoughts.
1. The robot does a brilliant job of Vaccum+Mop and effortless covers a large area. It detects obstacles with ease.
2. The application sync process could have been done better. I could not sync the device on Samsung Android. Worked immediately with Iphone by connecting to device WiFi. Please try to google steps on how to sync.
3. Definitely value for money and quality. The only difference between this and the Pro model is that you can’t control immediate movements however I don’t find that to be a big deal.
Overall a great product for the price. I got it for 10.5k after card discounts.

Very bad product and very poor service from the company. Got damaged on the second day of delivery and still haven’t received a resolve after around 25 days of waiting. Won’t recommend this to any other person.

The white colour mi robo is a completely different product from black colour .
White colour is 2i and black is pro.
White colour is an inferior product, its suction power is less, battery backup is less and navigation is pathetic.
It does not navigate properly, it keeps going to same place multiple times.
I don’t recommend buying 2i robo vacuum.

I am writing this review after 1.5 month of use.
Pros:
1. Good suction
2. Easy to clean the machine
3. ~2 hour backup
4. Fast, it take 45 min to clean 800sqft of area.
cons:
1. Need some supervision, many time it stuck in some area and not able to come out, you will need to have an eye on it
2. clean 90% of area, it do leave some big particle and could not clean corner which are unreachable for this.
3. You will need to modify your home like thin doormat or carpet need to be removed because it rolls with the bot. Remove small stuff from floor
4. Mopping can be an issue if you have carpet in your home.
Overall I loved it, I don’t need to spend 20min everyday to clean my home.
