I bought this pan because i wanted a concave centered pan so that thin batters or egg doesn’t slide to one side…
Yes it is concave at centre but batter/egg still slides a bit…not as much as in flat ones.
It’s definitely better than the flat pans.
Easy to clean
Durability ( it depends on how you clean it. If you will follow cleaning instructions, it will last long)
