Beautiful and heats up quickly but you have to be very careful with the heat.The bottom is real thick but except for the circular bottom the whole body gets burnt very quickly.And the stain does not go away even after rubbing it for long and using lime.In short very difficult to clean.

Now this is my favorite kadai in my kitchen.. Whether you have to make sweet or to fry murmura, it’s so good for anything. Thanks Amazon n milton.

The Khadai gets burnt marks while doing shallow fry or sauté and the marks do not go even after repeated wash. There is no detail as to how to claim warranty for product bought online. Would be great if Milton can reach out and replace the product.

Good quality, I tried one and cooked food, it was awesome experience with steel kadai, and bought 3 more sandwich bottom and one triply kadai

Handle getting hot while making food

Heat distribution not good since is steel is 1ply
Base with aluminum gets way hotter than rest, so not good for unattended/ extreme cooking
Need to keep mixing the content to avoid burning!
