It’s quite difficult to use , i mean the modes like soft , medium or hard boil , i am having difficulty in boiling it hard and there is no beep when it’s done if there is , it’s too quiet

Do read the manual properly before use, or you may face broken eggs or slimy white egg part coming out of cracks, use proper water and make small holes below eggs as shown in the guide before turning on the Machine.
Clean it properly after use, to increase its life span.

Precise boiling! Easy to use! Be very careful while operating it. It becomes very hot!

Delivered timely.
The water container is smartly created, it has marking about how much water to pour and according to need ( soft, medium, hard boil ) including for number eggs how much water for each type ( soft, medium, hard ).
It turns off automatically once done.
Disadvantage
The lid portion steel is giving shock so need to make sure the plug is removed from socket not just power button off.
