    Sir, Today I received unboxed (brand new) product. Thank you. Now I understand the differences of the previous delivered product. In this pack guarantee card, receipe book, instruction booklet along with all accessories. All sealed and neatly packed. Previous pack doesn’t contain guarantee card. Trays were not packed and two Trays cannot fix indide. Not matching. Carelessly packed. Now I feel the product is brand new. Power is also coming. After the first use I will write again. Thank you for the replacement with brand new product.

    the product got delivered two days before than commitment, but its not new one. the box was resealed and wrapped with one more additional cover and sent. inside box the the side thermacoal was damage, manual is storen. even the repacking was not good. request flipkart not to encourage these kind of seller to sell on flipkart. placed return request
