I returned the product, because the power cable has3pin one of the pin is seen bend, i request before sending the product must check.

Amazon delivery and packing was superb. Faced some initial problems with the product. Out of the 4 jars, 3 jars have removable blades. They were very tightly fixed and difficult to remove. While trying to remove the blade, the entire blade spindle along with washers, etc. was opening out. I had to open the blade system for all the 3 jars, use a plier to hold the shaft tighly and then use the spatula to loosen and open the blade and refix everything again. Anyone else would have perhaps gone to the service centre to get them removed. This should go as a feedback to Morphy Richards when they do their quality check. Otherwise the product is working as per expectations, though the motor is quite noisy and can be irritating if you are grinding something early in the morning or late at night when it is really very silent.

Im buying this item for household use. Its built with god quality. though the price is little higher than compared to other big brands, its worth using the product. The manufacturer can improve on noise reduction. Their warranty is a good option. They provide home pick up and returning repaired product free of cost as per my conversation with their service center executive.

The delivery associate left the product with the security gate in attended and didn’t bother to inform us on the delivery.

Motor issues with the mixer

Good quality. After watching some mixed reviews I purchased it from Amazon. Now it is one month i use the mixer. Quality wise it is good as compare to other (my last one was from Philips which gave life up to 8 years). The jars are good if compare with Philips. The bottom plates are single with steel construction so leakage free where as in others are plastic made so that after few years of use due to plastic worn out leakages started from bottoms. Some review I got that it sounds too much. Off course it will sound due to heavy duty motor of 750 Watt. In older mixer this are come with 500 watt. Any how please buy this product without hesitation. Thank you Amazon for on time delivery.

I have been using same model for 7.5 years with heavy use. Though jar bushes,blades were replaced many times, main mechine remained sturdy. Small jars locally at low price easily fit well. With this background, when my son needed his own for his family i ordeted identical ones. I don’t need fancy accessories which i will never use or other gimmicks. Happy and strongly recommend this. 750 wats is another feature which is useful though more noisy due to extra power.
