Nice product. Initially I recieved a defective one whose fan grill is distorted and fan was not working. But then after replacement I received a new brand product. It is silent and quite effective in heating.

I landed on a scam done by flipkart and Morphy Richards, the product is waste of time and when I realised it I applied for a refund om 7th jan which was accepted and scheduled pick up date was 12th jan, I got fooled of not thinking that my refund applying date is till 10th jan and they are scheduling my pickup on 12th , I kept on calling them about refund and they kept on saying \

It’s indeed clever of them to not give option for a zero star rating. It appears that it has become a norm for Flipkart to sell defective/suboptimal electronic products. You can really count on Flipkart for receiving a faulty electronic product every time. Its very rare these days that you order a product on Flipkart and not end up returning/replacing it, cause their products will have one issue or another. If nothing else, it will be dented. I ordered this product which had a number of dysfunctionalities. Power knob was not working, thermostat also has issues. And on top of it, I had the good fortune of receiving a very fine dent on the product’s body. Great job Flipkart. There’s more news. When I call them for replacement, they magnaminously offer to refund money. I ask them for replacement, which they conveniently deny as this (replacement) was not part of the offer. If I needed refund, why would I order the product in the first place. But their customer care guy didn’t seem to get this simple logic. He remained insistent on refund. \n\nIn hindsight, it appears that all is my fault. There were enough warning signs. There were enough caveats in the reviews to make one cautious, but in my urgency to get product, I threw all caution to wind. \n\nI hv suffered my fate. You guys.. save yourselves. Flipkart is no more what it once was.

Flipkart is biggest thief, this product has been returned back to flipkart but still they haven’t refunded my money after multiple follow ups for a long time. They have made a very great service a customer care whom you call and they will say will not be able to resolve now wait for 2 days. Then again 2 days and 2 days and 2 days..they never returned my money. This is flipkart. Never buy anything from flipkart!!!
