It’s ok not a great product.
As waffles don’t get crisp in it.

I have been having the product last 1.5 years. It really works well but I realized the grill plates coating has eroded.

I bought it & I am using it now for 5 years . There’s no problem with it. The grill plates & sandwich plates are amazing . Easy to remove plates & clean.
Only the metal part at some places is getting rusty like screw or that loops to hol plates, that one should take care not to use water or so or dry it perfectly . Otherwise in all it’s a good buy

outside doesnt heat as much as I thought it would…the light indications are a bit confusing… red and green dont really mean much. Removable plates help to clean it. but taking and putting back the plates give you a sense like the holders are going to give way – the heating element doe snot heat my sandwich toast plates evenly – one side the sandwiches are a lighter toast brown and if its kept longer the other part of it get really dark toasty….other than that vertical storage is great and so is the grill…. havent used the waffle plates yet….

This is a decent product, all plates work fine. However the bread does not cooked evenly. The heating coil probably is not evenly placed. You have to rotate bread once and it gets cooked perfectly. Then result is pretty nice and satisfactory.

So far I tried waffles alone . We have to pour full to get the proper waffle. But waffles were always soft .it’s not crispy at all no matter how long you keep it in heat mode . By the way I used Belgium waffle pre mix .

I bought this for my Wife who is crazy about waffles. Though we were a little apprehensive regarding the product seeing a lot of negative reviews, all our worries were put to rest when the product finally arrived. It was in great condition, packaged well and thankfully, fully functional! Our waffle maker was Amazon fulfilled and from the seller “k3_stores”. The cooking time for Belgian style waffles is around 7-8 minutes (which is rather long, but we like ours crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). A few tips for getting great waffles – start with a good recipe, make sure it has enough baking powder so that it rises enough to touch the top plates while cooking to get even browning, and for this particular grill plate, get a measuring cup and use EXACTLY 1/3 cup of batter. It won’t spill over and yet it has enough batter than it rises and touches the top plates as well. Also, prep the plates using a cooking spray before you pour in the batter each time. We prefer a DIY cooking spray over store-bought ones since it doesn’t leave any sticky residue. Just get a spray bottle and fill it with 1:5 parts olive oil and distilled water and shake well before each use. Also, DO NOT lock the handle when using the waffle plates as the batter has to rise and it won’t if you lock the handle shut. Just close the lid without locking the handle.
The grill and toast plates also work really well, though we primary got this for the waffle iron. Again, just make sure you prep the plates using a cooking spray before each use.
Overall a great product and very, very happy with our purchase.
