They are making fool. In spite of TWG model which should contain all 3 types of blades, waffle plates are missing. I asked for replacement request but it was rejected stating that you got the right product. The seller mangalam is making fool all people. Pathetic survice by flipkart. Don’t purchase any product on flipkart.

The quality is not up to the mark. On the 1st use the non stick coating of the waffle plate came off in patches and stuck on to the waffle. It is very slow and takes a long time to make.

I think i bought it expensive but it was not available in the market. The ootion of waffle, grill and toasty is a great option to have. \nThis is an amazing breakfast maker, i didn’t had waffle batter mix hence it tried with pan cake batter and it was amazing. I tried to grill basa fish fillet which was marinated in herbs and olive oil, it actually tool time as it does not peoduces high heat reqd. for grilling, fish came out nice but it was bit dry. But toasty and grill are a life saver for breakfast, you can slice some onions and tomatoes and have a nice sandwich or throw in yesterday’s sabzi on the buttered bread and in few mins its amazing toasty.\nNote – After i unpacked i switched it on for first time, there was lots of smoke for several minutes, i called up there customer care (in mumbai) and she said it was normal.
