Morphy Richards sells great products. While they are costlier than the local brand, they are worth the money you spend. Who wants a faulty sandwich maker that breaks down during breakfast time? I would always buy from Morphy Richards even if they double their price !

With in a few months the plastic knob which closes the toaster is broken. unable to close the toaster. Unit can not be used. There is no proper response from customer service cell . Every time a different person picks up and listens and that’s it. No further action.

The media could not be loaded.
It is a wonderful product but a few things to add to the description of the product:
– This product only had Grill plates. It does not have Toaster/Waffle plates.
– There is no height adjustment for the top shell
– There is no power on/off button. It functions automatically or you may use the main power supply.
This was the cheapest price I found. Though my expectations were that the product has toaster plates as well, I was disappointed on that front.

Arrived on time.perfect packaging. Works wonderfully.
Great for a lazy person like me. Has been working perfectly since I got it. I am following all the instructions they have given. Cooks perfectly. But you have to learn the time taken by a bit of trial and error along with their instructions. Also varies with the bread kind that we use.also with the other ingredients we put inside the bread.cheese will melt quiet quickly.so if we keep the bread till it melts…sometimes it burns the bread.sometimes it doesn’t.so a bit of trail and error practise is needed for all

This one is awesome products,
Initially for 2-3 use it will heat up fast, however Don’t worry post this it will be all fine!!
Non stick coating is nice & not coming off at all..
Its easy to clean,wipe with damp cloth when the plates are warm & not hot..!!!
