What the one supplied was used one. Could see the scratches and water inside. although product is working fine.

Pro:
1. Good at wrinkle free.
2. Instant working not more 20 sec to get steam.
3. Travel friendly.
Cons:
1. It big thing as it is compact and travel friendly, but yeah one full water tank is for 1 pair of clothes
2. Brush is not good.
