Work to hard worst phone

It’s good phone for normal usage. Is anybody think to buy heavy usage don’t think about it . I prefer this phone because I search for usb c-port that get in this price .Rate also reasonable . I am completely satisfied.

The phone is good. It didn’t have earphones. Not sure if it is not part of the product. But the phone is good. Value for money. One difference I noticed with this phone’s adapter & my older Motorola phone. The adapter of this phone heats up, while it is charging the phone.

This phone has issues with Network & Connectivity, Signal is always very weaker while the same sim works much better with very good signal in the existing old phone. Tried all basics updates (Software, android etc) no luck. Had a chat with Customer care and they copy pasted all incorrect steps but anyway we tried. Then when we requested to return it didn’t allow us but instead forced us to schedule a technician review. When we scheduled a technical review in our place in a particular date and time, technician never came but simply called us and told us to bring the phone to their place (2 hrs travel one way from our home) no respect nothing for the process. When we clearly said we cannot travel and asked them to honour as scheduled in amazon request. They simply didn’t answer further and marked our request as ‘Customer requested reschedule’ what a lie. Again same customer care, again same circus with senseless and logicless and meaningless answers. Second time again same issue and this time amazon marked the request as ‘Service completed’ but no one came. When contacted customer care they simply said to work with the team, they simple said to wait and technican never came. Lost all patience and have to change the tone to customer care after which they finally raised return request. Amazon return process was very horrible and super frustrating. They simply want to fool around the customer if the product has issues. They very well know this but still they continue to do this. BIG TIME customers learn this and deal with Amazon customer service in appropriate way else you will loose your money and end up with faulty/defective product and super frustrated going in circles.

Good phone but proximity sensor not working after 2 year. Also not able to edit file/folder in SD card storage.
