I am writing my review after using the watch for 2 months. First of all, i was searching for many brands which watch to buy as i already have fitbit at home and other brands i am not impressed, so finally ended up selecting noise just to try a new brand.

Biggest flaw of the watch is its crown button. Instead of giving that much big scroll cum push button they might have simply given a push button, I am saying this because generally so many of us wear watches to left hand, while wearing it to left hand if you had to fold your wrist back(or top side opp to palm side) a little bit also the crown will get pressed automatically. Then if you are doing some workout or some work with your hands then the crown will get pressed automatically and the watch will turn off and turn on automatically. 2nd thing was the crown will automatically rotate while we were working on anything with our hands and the watch faces will automatically change because crown button is rotating automatically without our intervention when we are working on anything with our hands.
Due to this issue, my watch got reset automatically several times and my data is lost. Also, even if the watch is synced with the noise app and if the watch gets reset, then already pretty old data that was synced to the app will automatically gets erased which is a biggest flaw in their app.

After 2 months of using th watch, one day i kept it for charging and suddenly after removing the watch from charging it suddenly started powering off automatically and powering on automatically. After it powered on i tried to access menu or some settings but the watch automatically operating its touch screen and later again it automatically powering off and on repeatedly. I tried to power on but it was not in my control and started powering off and on within seconds finally it ended up in draining battery.

After the battery got drained completely i tried to charge it and immediately the watch powered on and shows charging 0% and with in 2 to 3 seconds it was powering off and on and same process is going on.

In hyderabad, there are 3 service centres mentioned in noise website and when i visited each of them, everyone said they have closed the service for noise products and they cannot take the watch. So i complained on their website related to the problem i was facing and later after 2 days i received a mail with troubleshooting link asking me to open the link and troubleshoot the watch as per the steps mentioned over there. When i visited the link i have seen that the troubleshooting steps are related to bluetooth pairing or calling etc etc things. And Second thing, if watch itself is not powering on then how to troubleshoot?

Later i replied with my answer that troubleshooting didn’t helped as requested in the mail to respond if it helped or not. After that i didn’t even received any call or mail from noise team for 4 to 5 days. I was feeling bad that i wasted 4500 rupees for this worst watch. Then i realised something i have to do and others should not suffer, so i went to consumer complaints online portal and complained on noise company mentioning all these.

Then next day one of their executive contacted me on phone stating about the complaint in consumer portal and he asked me to do few troubleshooting steps and then he raised a return pickup for the watch to get it repaired or replaced. After 4 days bluedart has picked up the watch and delivered to noise warehouse.

They have confirmed me on mail that they have recieved the product on 24th July and again till now there is no response from noise company regarding the repair or replacement of the watch. I really ask everyone who sees this review please don’t buy noise products and beware of their worst service. Instead of noise go with other good brands.

Last but not least one more thing to mention, the battery backup is also worst the maximum battery backup i was getting is 4 days. In the same price segment other brands are giving 12 days battery backup. Atleast they resist for 1 week not less than that but noise is only 4 days maximum.
