Kettle was received in good condition but it is made of cheap quality plastic. Its cap got burnt and dislodged from the body with just one month’s use as seen from the photo. No guarantee card was enclosed with it and return window has also closed. Waste of money.

After using for almost 4 months,imust say you should go for some renowned brand as durability of this product is not more than 6 months and for service you have to send it to Bangalore on your cost and its took 33 days to repair for only wire cut on base plate.. Rest take your own call on buying Nova product
