Overall the product design is good but the quality of the stainless Steel container is bad and it become black on first use

The insulation of the kettle is very poor.
After reaching the maximum temperature the kettle’s handle becomes hot you have to be careful while holding.
The product is good to use no issues in opearting.

It’s very good. Water stays hot inside for very long time and water heats up pretty quick. I bought it after comparing with various products and it’s so good I’ve purchased one more for my aunt.

Very good looking with a good build quality. But like any other famous kettle, this has a chord too short (only 2ft). Also, one big issue with nowadays modern electric or electronic equipment is, they do not provide the earth pin on the plug. Per my standard practice, on the first use of any electrical product, I used a tester to test any possibilities of shock and to my surprise, it was showing full bright light in the electric tester when touched the metal surface of the kettle with the tester. Though the water was heating, this leakage current issue scared me. So I took the next step of using a light bulb test and multimeter test, both were negative to my respite and then I dared to use it. Advise all users to follow this “Electric tester test” to be safer

Good product but you have to be careful not to burn your hands when you open the lid because of the heat steam, the wire comes with a two pin plugin so if you want it more durable I advise you to change the plug to three pin plugin, if you do this it will last you for years
