The grill is fairly large in size and can fit 4 sandwiches made of standard size breads. The heating dial is very flimsy. The locking mechanism is also not well designed. The grill base has a weired rim around like a casing..So if you grill vegetables or kebabs there is no place for the excessive oil to drip. This rim makes it difficult to clean as well.

Pros:
1. Good build quality
2. Good quality materials used.
3. Non stick surface works perfectly
4. Uniform distribution of the heat.
5. Heat adjustment is very effective
Cons:
1. Chord length could have be more.
2. European type pin is provided. (Earthing pin is inwards (hole) ). For such high current device, earthing is necessary. Need to provide Indian socket adaptor at least.

I love grilled stuff and I ordered it after seeing it perform at a fast food joint. The product is made in China. The price tag on it seems to be an afterjob with the purpose of discounting it to make the deal look attractive. As far as the product is concerned, it is excellent. It conveniently houses four sandwiches, does a fast job of grilling and is completely hassle free. Cleaning is a breeze. The connecting wire is short and many people will have complaints about that. The product has a nice silver finish, the product is sturdy. It can be kept away in vertical position, so that saves a lot of storage space. I am using it for a month now and no complaints so far. If it goes that way, then, certainly it is a great grill.

Quite satisfied withe product. Easy to use and clean. Makes 4 Sandwichs in one go. Expandable upper plate allows you to fill your breads up to 1.5″ stuffings.
Cons:
– The power cord length is very short. Must find a place close to the power socket.
– The product shipped is made in China with no warranty cards. Supplier says invoice will act as warranty.

It’s worth every penny.
The experience of making sandwich was amazing, i have made sandwiches with lot of stuffing and of huge sizes and they just came out perfect and upto expectations.
The build quality of the product is awesome and the temperature control switch helps in getting the perfect crispness u need.
The heating in both the plates are uniform and the teaflon coating is also of good quality.
Teaflon plates are very easy to clean and the top has a good shiny surface.

pros:
1. large size can easily fit 2 large sandwiches together
2. heats quickly and come to ready state quickly
3. output is amazing, very crisp sandwiches
4. perfect family grill
cons:
1. slightly large, if your kitchen is small you mind find it large
2. does not have a automatic cut-off or buzzer. we have to manually monitor the making
overall:
1.takes good 5-7 minutes to make great sandwich

This is a commercial grade item especially for the price of 3100. Love the metal finish, sturdy alloy handles and the way it can grill high stack sandwiches. Perfect for grilled cheese sandwich. Veggies and Chicken breast done to perfection. Love the edge lip at the bottom plate for making it spill proof. Not sure about the durability or quality of black heating plates and its corrosion resistance. Only time will tell. Final verdict- Worth it and go for it. Cons: Wish they had enclosed a better operating manual to describe all a housewife or chef can use it for.
