The unit cooling is good, I bought this with 3 years insurance plan.
Only glitch was the tubes were missing. Flipkart was good enough to sort it inspite brand being lazy -1 star is due to brand behavior though I am covered under insurance so no worries.
My choice was due to research on build quality, value for money and option to buy 3 years total warranty specially needed for cost due to avoid costs due to possible pcb malfunction in invertor ac.
1699 spent on insurance even covers one time gas top-up and one service value at 2150 with local un-professional elecricians.
Though not correct place to say but had a very bad experience from a global shopping portal where even even writting to global CEO the local team had so much ego with not a single iota of customer satisfaction and we’re reluctant to replace an old unit. Flipkart has never let me down in customer satisfaction though they also have much scope for improvement.

I wanted to share my experience with the installation of your onida ac with everyone. Overall, I’m pleased with the AC’s cooling performance, which has been excellent and meets my expectations.
However, I must express some concerns about the installation process itself. While the AC unit functions well, I noticed that the materials used during installation seemed to be of lower quality, specifically the water pipe (photo attached) This has left me somewhat uncertain about the long-term reliability of the installation.
Additionally, the pricing for the installation service seemed quite high considering the quality of materials and workmanship provided.
As someone who values both product quality and service excellence, I believe it’s important for companies to maintain high standards throughout the entire customer experience.
I hope this feedback helps in improving future installations and ensures that every customer receives the best possible service.

First i think everything overcharged
They used low quality material with high price, for waterpipe they give me a pipe of 8ft 35rs feet but in local market the pipe cost 10 rs ft, it is so cheap in quality and plastic pipe.
They make a big hole in my wall fill it with thermocol, no white cement and all

After Installation my room become so darty and pices of bricks everywhere in my room no proper material they use to prevention of dust
I aldery had the outdoor stand they asked me to purchase from them when were 2and half time overpriced which i did not and use mine they charge 250rs fitting charge, i never heard of such charge in my life, if this charge i need to give what is the purpose of my installation charge, this is total scam and call syndicate
I installed and buy acs before never ever faced such hazard
