Phone is great in most aspects but the cameras are dissappointing. Even though it’s a camera centric phone, the images are not sharp. I compared it with a 3 yr old oneplus 7t and the 7t took better pictures than this phone. Still pretty happy with the phone with all the exchange and discount offers that I got.

I was very confusing between OnePlus Nord 2T and oppo Reno 8. I choose oppo Reno 8. Now I am giving the rating after using 2 days. Firstly battery back up is very good. Camera is descent. Ultra clear night video is good. Smooth functioning with 90 hz Refresh rate. BGMI performance is good , no lag. No heating issue. Charging time 30-35 minutes from 0 to 100 %. Video stabilization upto 30 fps & 1080 is very good.

1. Bought on launching day…got full benefit of launching by exchanging my old phone and got value as per offer… If I talk about the Oppo Reno 8 5G ,the device has awesome look and gives premium feel while carrying.\n\n2. Battery back is not enough for rigorous user, need to recharge at the end of evening anyhow. Since I am a moderate user and do nothing extra except taking and making calls and messaging over w app, I feel charging required daily once..\n\n3. Super fast charging is awesome.. amazing charging speed I have ever seen..\n\n4. Since I am an official trainer and hardly gets vacant time to spend on mobile, so taking selfies and continue pic clicking is not for me..but while taking pic of official documents I get very clear pic as required by me. A pro user can give better review about camera..\n\n5. Overall value for money since I got it @ 22k only after exchanging my old phone.

Writing this review after using 5 days.\n1. Camera 4.5/5 front camera is really good no comparison with other at this price segment but selfie camera is not that much good kind of average. Other than that there are many functions in camera 4k video support is very good.\n2. Battery backup 4/5 is quite good but would be more better in this price. Fast charging the most beneficial things it takes only 28min to get full charge.\n3.look and feel 5/5 it looks awesome and on feelings also awesome.\n4. In screen lock and face lock is very good.\n5. 90 hz refresh rate is not good.\n6. This pH has little bit hitting issue but not that much.\nOverall this is good deal if u can get it under 20-22k range with exchange and bank offer.\nI got it 21k with bank and exchange offer.

Finally oppo made a smarter which is completely balanced in all aspects.. Oppo Reno 8 5G is a no doubt a camera focused device.. Tha Sony censor works wonder along with Al color detection and give you DSLR like photos in all condition performance wise it is a much more faster than any other phone.. You can’t express it untill you use it. Battery of 4500 mah is less for this device…but you can optimise you device to get more than a day battery backup… The 80w super vooc charging is like OMG. Within 20 minutes it changes 0-100%
