Update: the screws used in the product are cheap quality iron. It is severely rusted after 2 month’s use. Brass screws should have been used.
Cooling is good, power consumption is less. My room is 9×12 with open arch shape door. And it manages to cool the room. I had survived on it in Apr-May and since June we are using AC during extreme heat. Mine is upper floor with direct heat from sun through roof and two side walls.

When i checked on first day itself only swing option was not working, I myself serviced it, found one wire disconnected from selector switch, all other things are fine upto the mark.

I received a faulty one.I have raised a service request to Orient Electric since 14 days, spoken to dozen of their people but issue did not fixed and infact its more horrible after they replaced the water tank with broken body and leakage and even fan is now throwing water outside of cooler with air. I noticed it later so still chasing with them. Orient provides worst service in class. It would be your luck if you receive non faulty product. Their Manager Customer Service Jagpal and Sunil they will never pick your call and if you try to connect with their customer support they are taught to make customer fool. They will keep try to engage you busy by transferring your call with in their team by saying we are transferring your call to our supervisor but indeed they transferred your call to another executive.
I also posted issue to their griviance team but no response from them and they also claims to help you with griviance contact team, if you try it you came to know that number is invalid.
BEFORE PURCHASING PLEASE THINK ABOUT SERVICE AS WELL. ORIENT PROVIDES THE WORST SERVICE.

Amazon delivery was upto the mark ! The cooler is average ! A bit noisy ! Though the packaging was good ! It is good for small rooms ! Air throw is good

The cooler is good. It does for what it is ment for the only thing that one should keep in mind is that when temparature goes beyond 39-40°C it will not give you relief but this is true with any type and brand of cooler.
Instead of putting ice in the ice box put it directly into the water tank and that too after 30 mins of operation.
