I am an Amazon Prime Member.. I have ordered for 3 #s of ORIENT AEROSTRORM 1320 mm white ceiling fans.. I have been using them since 10 days..
1. It is absolutely brilliant look and excellent air flow with an unbelievable degree of low noise and I am able to watch my video without any hassles of noise disturbance- the very purpose of replacing my earlier fans which I have been using since 15 years and my living and dining sections of my house and is fairly big and I need three of them and augurs well with the set up of my
2. The mid portion of the handing rod with a cover – a new idea – is really wonderful as it gets so well with the unit that it gives a great look.
3. Trust it works well at least about 5-8 years with the same amount of very low noise.
4. The blades are really strong – I feel should have been made of fiberglass and seems unbreakable or bendable with any normal pressure.
5. The fan blades are so nicely designed that they fit into the specially cut grooves on the upper portion of the fan’s main unit.
ONE POINT WHICH I ESCALATED TO AMAZON AS WELL, are given below:
1. One of the fans to get delivered first was absolutely POORLY PACKED AND HANGING ROD was actually dangling out of the package and the package seal itself was broken which the delivery official himself noticed and took video of the condition of the box and escalated to his company which helped me as well.. And much pleased with Amazon.in team that they offered immediately to replace it with a new one or refund of Thea out which if I may choose.
2. The product blades screws do come with different accessories like plastic washer in one set, metallic washers in another and none in the third set… This is something I am unable to understand as the product cannot have suc variation as it is all factory OK status… I feel, one can live with this as it does not affect the performance of the fan.
3. One word of caution for users: if the false ceiling setup exists in the users’ homes, then one needs to take careas to the fixing the rod cover ( new feature) and at times there is a need to cut the central cover of the ha going rod suitably to fix it between the upper and lower cups.. PLEASE SEE THE PICS POSTED HEREIN BELOW….. In such cases, due to height being smaller, there might be a small wobbling of the fan but does not result increasing the noise level – one of the guaranteed features of this fan
4. I feel, the price tag is a bit MORE definitely, ifreduced a bit, would like to buy two more fans.

The fan looks quite futuristic, and the composite plastic blades and finish are excellent, with clean design lines. (The wife approves!). A relief from the classic old traditional fans! I bought 2, to replace older 1400mm fans, and so far I’ve been quite pleased. Though their sweep is 1320mm, the air delivery (using the same regulator) at 4 is equal to 5 on the older, larger sweep fans. At 5, air delivery is a lot! I guess the designer winglets, and the aerodynamic shaped blades help!
One point: though the downrod length (11 inches) is the same as the older fan downrods, these fans tend to come in lower from the ceiling, almost 2 inches lower, I guess because the body is much thicker. I’m working on a way to get 9-10 inch downrods, and re-install them higher.

Our fall sealing has very low clearance and hence I ended up in changing three fansn but not getting good air across all the corner of hall.
Then I saw this on Amazon and i must say it’s very good product and it solved my four year long problem.
Only negative thing I found that on existing regulator it do not rotate on up to 3 speed and works on 4 and on 5 very high speed

The reason for giving 3 stars is because it was missing the rod bolt. I was able to make do with the bolt that was installed in my older fan. I did not return this because I did not want the seller to incur the shipping cost for this issue but it is extremely sad to see that an important part was missing from a packaged item.

Definitely adds Aesthetics to your Indoor space.
Not As noiseless as claimed to be.
Anti Dust on the visible surface of the blades but gets dusty over the top of the blades which is not visible.
Out of the 3 Fans that were delivered, One of the FAN had a crackling noise which was very annoying. (unfortunately return window was closed because the fitment of the fan was done 1 month after the purchase) The remaining 2 fans had no issues at all.
I raised a service request at Orient website, within 24 hours they sent a service personnel and rectified the issue. As of now, no crackling noise is heard.

Dislike the noise and vibration .The performance of the product , Electric Ceiling Fan AEROSTORM is disappointing and M/s Orient Electric Limited claim that the above model ceiling Fan will run smoothly without noise as mentioned by them is false .I find that there is major manufacturing fault .Otherwise no noise or vibration can occur.
Infact we are using 3 Aeroquiet model ceiling fans of M/s orient for the last 2 years and their performance is very good ,smooth without any vibration or noise.Video attached for info.
