Worst Seller, But
Cooler Quality is really premium. Honeycomb Pad replacement will be very easy.
But,
Seller has shipped with out wheels & no auto fill floating valve.
I am expecting replacement of those accessories

This product comes with huge manufacturing defect as its wheel is directly attached to the water tank and when the weight of the water tank falls on the wheels the water tank bursts from the side of the wheels and water leaks. I lodged a complaint , but the company said that it will not be covered under warranty and guarantee.There is a huge manufacturing defect. Orient engineers should think about this and improve it

ONE THING OBSERVED – FAN MOTOR FITTED 2 INCH LOW WITH FACE DOWN 15 DEGREE FROM ITS ACTUAL LOCATION.
SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED BY ORIENT.

I purchased it on 6 Apr, 2023 and within 2 months it starts leaking form the sides. The level of leaking Is so heavy that overnight my room is surrounded by water on the floor. I would suggest every one, if you are planning to place it in room, then it’s not recommended. Noise level is also extremely loud u cannot talk on phone while the cooler is ON.
Air flow is good, swing is also good, and the most important cooling, that also good.

Not even one month but the cooler became bad. Pump not working, no cooling happening. Check the date I purchased and see their product quality. Very bad. And service centre is worse ” asuvidha k liye khed hai ” is their ultimate dialogue.
The technicians never call.
