Bought a 1400mm Rapid air fan and it started having problems less than 3 months after installation. There is a knocking noise. Please check the video. What makes it worse is their customer care and after sales support. Been trying for more than a week to get them to come but nobody has turned up yet. The technicians don’t pick up their calls and twice promised to come but did not turn up.
