Have purchased total of five fans for our existing and the new 2nd house. Three had to be replaced as the glass shades were broken. Main reason was very poor quality of bubble wrap film used. Hardly and strength and hardly and bubbles to safeguard the fragile glass shades. Orient needs to improve on that. Plus, the quality of box also needs a little more strength.
The glue used to stuck rubber dampeners, where fan blades are to be attached, also needs to be better as these come off when one removes screws to attach the blades.

1. Speed is good but not as much as expected
2. Bearing sound irritates alot, it has to he improve
3.Lighting glass is not that much strong
4. Noise is very high even in 3 no also
5. Look is good and working fine
Over all 3.5 rating is enough
