This is the best fan, it enchanced the living room. It catches the vision of every one, not only looks fascinating but the performance if the is also excellent. I am very much satisfied with it.

no proper installation done by orient company
they said one parts defective and it cab be change after 10 days because it’s parts not available
after having more than 2 weeks they didn’t come to visit service site for proper installation

Orient has style written all over the fan. It is bulky but it definitely increases the glamour quotient of your place. Trust Cloudtail to provide fast & safe delivery. Packaging could have been better considering the fragile nature of the glass part. Orient charges ₹250 for installing the fan. You have to buy couple of bulbs (not provided in the box), dimmer the better… personally. Size of the bulbs also is important, keep that in mind too.
Overall it is quite a satisfying experience.

The Fan is good and a very nice aesthetic look. However, as glass accessories is involved we are accepting more perfect packaging. It is preferred to have the length of chain up to 2 and 1/2 feet. Overall fan is good, no need of regulator as the fan has inbuilt speed control. In fact if you install an additional regulator it can work as a dimmer for lamps as well, which brings an additional effect to your room.

One star less jus because the lights are missing with Fan which made me spend additional 200 bugs to get Led bulb from outside.
Apart the Fan is very nice on terms of looks and the speed is also good despite being so much bulky in weight and look.

Its excellent value but have a small problem as one of the bulb holders is fauly, but going to contact the manufacturing to get a replacement.

Bulb is not in the box and have to purchase from market and fan is not running in center and moving from center when fan is running Installation requested but not supported by the seller and bulb is not coming with this pack and have to buy from market. Now the person is not picking phone. He had confirm to pay installation Charges as well as Bulb which is not come with Fan set.
