 I am giving 1 star because there is no zero. I had been abroad recently and I liked the 5 blade fans with lamps and pull switches for speed control, lamp control. They were very appealing and worked like a charm. No noise. No vibration. I personally fixed a brand new fan in my daughter’s place. The fan came with a balancing kit to be used in case of vibration. This Orient Woodwind came nicely packed and I got it installed by an experienced electrician. The fan was vibrating heavily and making a lot of noise even at low speeds. I called their helpline. They sent a third party technician after 3 days. He told me point blank to get used to noise and vibration. I suggested to replace the anchor clamp which might be causing the problem. He refused to do and left. I packed the fan and asked for a replacement and got it. The second one is worse than the first. This fan slows down when the light is switched on. The noise and vibration are identical. I am keeping it only because it looks excellent in photos. The lamp shades are appealing. Just that — it is a show piece. Do not expect it to deliver cool breeze while you relax. Sorry you can not relax when this fan is running. I request Orient engineers to work on the fan design and improve it. Otherwise these ‘Stickered’ products will damage Company’s reputation.

 I recently purchased this ceiling fan with high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. I cannot express my disappointment enough with this product.

First of all, the noise this fan generates is absolutely unbearable. It’s not the soothing white noise you would expect from a fan; instead, it emits a high-pitched whirring sound that is incredibly annoying. Trying to sleep or concentrate with this fan in the room is simply impossible.

To make matters worse, whenever i complained for repair service they ask me to wait for 24-48 hrs but all three times they took almost two week to come for repair, I complained trice for repair but they failed to resolve my problem for this fan.

Lastly, the customer service experience was just as disappointing as the product itself. When I contacted the manufacturer to express my concerns and request a repair/service, their response was slow and unhelpful. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers or stand behind their product.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this ceiling fan. It’s a complete waste of money, offering subpar performance, unbearable noise, and unreliable oscillation. Save yourself the frustration and look for a different fan from a reputable brand.

Everything is just excellent. Remote control is not available. Although not required for such fan. U can’t install it on too height as it becomes difficult for one to switch on off the lights or to increase or decrease the speed.
Good product in reasonable price.
