I ordered 1 Ton smart AC Year (2022) for the room size 110 Sq. Ft.
Flipkart delivery and installation was quite good and on time.
Ac is sufficient enough to cool room within 10-15 minutes considering room is on roof and direct contact with sun light.
Smart features to manage AaC with the MirAIe app.
No issue so far. Will review again post use of 1-2 months.

But comes the installation :
Useless completely, inexperienced ac engineers,
Took three days to mount and make my AC work….. Daily they came for 3 days and did work.
They charged me 4500 including installation charges….. I asked what all u added, give bill…. They told its not possible to give bill.

Best energy efficient AC on market. Cool 170 sq ft room within 15 minutes at 22°C. Mirale app doing its work perfectly. But energy consumption shown on that app isn’t accurate. Customer support team solve your problem with utmost fulfilment. But installation team is very worst. Overall performance is good. Thanks to Panasonic

The AC is good. Silent working and the build quality is also good. The cooling is awesome. Regarding consumption need to check. Its new model and of this year. Manufactured in India. This AC is quite good. Some of the really good pros are, 1. Panasonic is providing a smart AC in a price of a regular AC and that doesn’t mean it’s a bad quality. The build quality and features are top notch.
2. Cooling is quite fast and soothing. I never felt the cooling air pinched me or something, it’s quite subtle and efficient for a medium to large size room.
3. The smart features work quite seamlessly for the most part. Google assistant or Alexa connects to the easy very quickly. I’m happy to use these features.
4. The app is quite useful. You can control the ac from anywhere, put timer on it so that it doesn’t run all night when you’re asleep, set profiles according to your time etc.
Now apart from these pros there are some cons too, not a deal breaker (for me),
1. The fan noise is a bit louder than what i expected. But it has a mode to make it quiet.
2. The AC doesnt come with necessary accessories, so it took me rs.4500 to install this ac with the cheapest possible way..so add that to the cost.
3. The smart features works 90% prcnt of the time, but the app is not fully optimised, it glitches sometimes, but not to a irritating extent.
Apart from these cons, this AC is quite good for the price. The service is also good. Using this for more than a month and I’ll update if there’s any significant thing to update about. I hope this helps

Overall the product is nice, Initially have problems to connect wifi on mirale app but CC executive helped and since then wifi working smoothly. The performance is good if not excellent and sometimes it takes longer to cool the room then usual. Delievery and installaion was phenomenal dint face any hassle, it would have been great if they start to provide wire and plug for indoor unit. For approximately 5 hours of night working it’s takes between 3 to 4 units per day, basically if you want an average performance with average price this product is good to go.
