I looked for many brands but finally I have found Panasonic AC which is having hot and cold air conditioning system. When compared to many other brands like Dakin and LG I think this is the best one in budget. The only disadvantage I felt is installation service where the technician came and he fixed the AC but then there was some AC gas leakage, he didn’t rectify the issue and I have been facing issue since last one month regarding the gas leakage. Also some bad smell is also coming from the AC so I have raised a complaint and another technician came but it is not yet resolved.
Also we have only 3 fan speed which is not that great and 4 way swing is not available on this model.
I will update the review after few months of usage, as of now after one month use, this is a great product.
**Update after one month**
– I have changed the 4 star rating to 3 now.
– A/C is giving issues from last one month, sometimes good cooling, sometimes low cooling.
– Blower fan started making some sound.
– Bad smell at low temprature is still there.
– Booked technican for 3-4 times to fix issues.
– Finally blower fan is replaced yesterday.
**Update after two month**
– I have changed the 3 star rating to 2 now.
– Very bad service.
– Very bad quality parts used inside the Indoor unit.
– Plastics are really cheap quality
– Technician had to change the blower within a month of usage.
– Some sound coming from the blower at high speed after changing the blower.
– Calling the technician 5th time after the installation now.
Still this is a good product other than the service.
Quality of the product build is low as the blower has issue after just one month of usage.
