 Super AC, I think its the best AC than others brand.

The Panasonic official technician will fool you during installation. Will sell you drainage pipe at Rs 110/meter. Cost is 30 per meter.
Will sell you outer unit stand at 900. Cost in market is 450. Will sell you wire to connect electricity from switch board at 130/meter. Market cost is 70. They force you to buy stand from them. and ask you again and again to buy it from them. If you provide them with the drainage they don’t place it correctly. When you tell them the market price. They say everyone pays it. Check other bills as a proof. Don’t make them fool you.
Day 1: AC is fine. But you won’t know if neon g or x filter is working. There’s no water condensation seen at the titanium tip as mentioned in YouTube videos from Panasonic.
Maybe it’s all hoax. How to verify? I don’t know.

Every time, we think of buying an AC, the first brand that comes to our mind is Panasonic, the pioneers in Inverter AC technology. Even at the times when inverter AC used to be a rarity, any Panasonic AC you pick used to be inverter AC. Their hold over this tech and the Japanese work culture means you get the best AC that money can buy.

Pros
1. Super Silent. Compressor/outdoor unit feels as if it’s not doing anything.
2. The tough outdoor unit. Panasonic always optimizes for durability even if that means putting in a bigger size coil or a fan. Basically, they over engineer than what is required to meet the target specs.
3. State of the art Nanoe-X air purification system. The air conditioner can even be used as just an air purifier in the FAN mode especially during a time when a contagious disease is spreading and you have people visiting vulnerable senior citizens at home.
4. Econavi sensors that optimizes for energy consumption based on human presence inside the room.
5. The excellent fins for directing air to where it needs to go. I have never seen a better design than the ones on a Panasonic AC. It might look complex. But, it’s a mature design and is damn durable. I have another AC with the same fins which is 6 years into its life and it still works perfectly.
6. Ability to control the AC with Google Home / Alexa.

Cons
1. The Miraie app of panasonic doesn’t allow multiple users to share the same device. Generally with any IOT app ( like in the case of Siemens, Philips etc. ) the iot app allows user management where you can add other users to the same device/home. Unfortunately with the panasonic Miraie app, it doesn’t provide you with that option.
2. Energy consumption in Miraie app is not working for this AC. I have 2 other Panasonic Wifi Nanoe-x ACs ( 2021 model and 2022 model ). In both of them, the energy consumption feature is working fine.

We use it in a smaller room in our apartment and it does its job well. The unit is compact and has good throw of air.
