It’s a good product for the price I paid. One big disadvantage when compared to all the other ovens I have used is that there is no quick start 30 seconds option. Every time you operate, you have to first choose the temperature settings (High, Defrost, Medium or Low) then choose the time then click on start. That’s a lot of buttons to press for heating your rice or something similar.
The oven is pretty powerful when used in high mode.

Product is compact and easy to operate for elders and grandparents. autocook menus are not clear, and have not tried yet since bought the oven last week. Will be able to share feedback on autocook options soon after testing them.

Have been using it for more then 5 months now …no issues or complaint with the product ..
Works just as fine and is very easy to use … A lot of auto cook options made it very easier to use.
I wanted to test it before posting any review and I am really happy with this purchase .
