👍 No problem faced for 1.5+ years. All functions work well including grill and convection.
👍 Purchased in Jan 2017 and working without issues in Nov 2018.
👎 Door closing is bit loud and closes with more sound than what I had with my earlier Samsung Microwave.
👍 Turn plate is ceramic compared to usual glass plate. It is heavy but well built.
👉 Product is imported and Made in China.
👎 In this model, when the microwave is running, you can not modify timer or any setting unless we cancel or stop the run. Many microwaves provide options to add for example, 10 or 30 seconds on pressing button or with the knobs to the timer while it is running.
👍 So far happy with the product and would recommend it. There was never a need for service so can’t comment on after sale service.

Overall it’s an excellent product except that the sticker on the microwave showed that you could make yoghurt… there is no mention in the manual …

It’s beautiful design and got every function.

The microwave ticked all the boxes on purchase as we were replacing a Sharp Microwave after 13 years of no problem use. Unfortunately Sharp was not available. It was easy to use though the clock would reset every time you shut the mains. We purchased this in 2018 September and used it scantily. In Dec 2021 it started giving a humming sound and the body started heating up. The service person came quickly. We were told that the PCB was spoiled as we may not switched the mains off for 15 to 20 minutesafter use ? As a result the Magnetron had got spoiled and these two parts will cost Rs 9,600 plus cost of servicing. Wow its nice to know that the rest of the microwave costs Rs 5000 only. I wish one knew the cost of spares and the delicateness before we bought the product. My learning is to buy simple microwaves for reheating and buy Ovens/OTGs etc for baking/grilling

Very easy and convenient to use with various cooking menus at the press of a button. The dial is a great boon and eases much of your work. Actually, this microwave is a ‘smart’ version of the normal microwave.

If you’re looking for a microwave then just pick this one up. There is nothing better. Panasonic microwaves are the best.
I love the fact that you can use this feature called convection it’s basically hot air that flows through and you can bake/ roast etc. Although I mostly just use the microwave feature but it’s cool to have additional features.
Oh yeah and before I forget… Yes someone came to my house to demo this product for me… Which was really nice because when I first saw the features and tried reading the book it was a bit hard to understand.
