Panasonic 338 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator

Reviewing this product after one year, one of the best products in the market. Wonderful experience. In summer season it will not make you disappointed. Overall performance is also good. Freezer is also works well in all the seasons.

The product looks good and working fine. However there was issue with regards to its installation. The reaction and support from Panasonic was not upto their reputation. This will definitely make the customer think twice before purchasing their goods. Also Flipkart needs to have more control over the suppliers till the item is fully installed as per the customer satisfaction and then only release their payment. Thanks

I purchased this product got delivered on 26th installation on same day next day morning found frost in freezer informed service centre no response for two days after follow ups the service engineer visited and said this model is having issues and no frost is only in catalog. Advised me to keep it switch off for min two hours on definite intervala so that ice will get melted else it will not work. I was surprised on his reply. I contacted my friend who is using same model he said he is not having such issues and working fine. I have raised a replacement and waiting for the seller representative will update the status there after\nSorry to inform no one visited as promised and I have informed Flipkart. They as usual extended support and next day morning received a msg they have scheduled one technician for previous day and with in minute received another msg technician resolved the issue and return request closed I was surprised called flipkart they asked me to contact brand. Brand technician himself said it is a faulty product but flipkart is taking me for a ride and I running from pillar to post for resolution. After so many follow ups one technician from Brand visited and checked the product and said there are many issues cooling coil tower is not working, fan not working need to take it to workshop to check other components. I am in a dilemma I am thinking of the time which I choose Panasonic based on the reviews. I am not getting much support from Flipkart even after raising return request on 28th Jan. I have escalated the issue and I got excellent support from flipkart team. They helped in getting inspected the refregirator and got report on defective issue and accepted the return. The seller replaced the defective product with new one. Thank you for the excellent support provided by Flipkart team

Good product

The product is ok. The panasonic services were the concern as the installation was delayed badly. One wonders why these people don’t understand the importance of after sales service. Atleast I will never buy this brand again nor recommend it.
