After seeing the specs of this machine, I was ordered with excitement and with expectations. But when it comes to the practical, I felt personally the washing quality is not as expected and it’s not very user friendly….i will update my review once I complete 6 months

2nd review after 10 months of use: in sep2022.
Washing mc got blasted within 10 months of usage..
This is serious life risk for me amd my family members.
Its been 25 days we are not getting any replacement mc/refund of the amount paid..
Very pathetic service from a well know brand like Panasonic..
We launched the complaint on the day of incident on 2sep2022..
Till today we havent received replacement machine neither the refund..
We have voltage stabilizer in place and separate mc room..inspite of all precautions it got blasted..
First 8-9 days no technician visited..
1st visit on 11sep2022 he took the damaged pcb.
2nd visit came with replacement part after 4-5 days and after fixing that also got damaged and noticed there are multiple damages/burnt parts..
3rd visit he visited for taking photos/videos and checking voltage..No abnormality in voltage found..This concludes it was a faulty washing machine..
Even after gathering all evidences they had not yet provided replacement machine or full refund of the amount..
They are not responding to any correspondances done..
Even after escalating to service head also no response..
This is very pathetic service and product quality from Panasonic..
Looks like they are providing faulty machines to Amazon/sellers..
2 yrs comprehensive warranty and 12 yrs motor warranty..Within 10 months all damaged but unable to make replacement yet and life risk additional.
I Request amazon to look into the matter and help arrange for full refund of the amount paid..otherwise people will loose confidence and faith buying costly electronics appliances from Amazon..

I had to file legal case against Panasonic after which I got my washing machine replaced..
