Useless. Fake. Fraud. Not worth. Does not clean anything. Main purpose of a machine is to wash. It fails in that in every measurement. Washes only already washed cloth. While washing, very mild clock anticlock wise moves. never makes a round. if clothes r more ie 4kg in normal, bedsheet etc, it’s movement is two low and wash cycle does not seem to be washing. normal mode which is supposed to be taking 8kg , I doubt it can handle. while rinsing machine moved almost one feet with 4 kg load. if u wash one Or two bedsheets, it sticks in tub wall all the time mostly in rinse cycle. never comes out. StainMaster is a bluff and joke and advertising gimik. does not remove a simple dirt forget about stain. all colourful options take perhaps 120 mins which can not be displayed in two digit display. it means their enginners don’t have head. heater useless, no use. I doubt it heats. outlet water never hot, just litle negligible warm . all fancy menu. u never know anything unless u press wash/rinse/spin buttons. no indicator to know programs selected or other levels. display is only means.

Effectively this machine in stain master mode can take only as per manual 2 kg load with 120 mins. soak mode takes 120 mins. while, color takes 120 mins. but they r never displayed till it comes below 99. bedsheet 4.2 kg, normal 8 kg takes 45 mins but does not wash anything.

if u have any kind of slightest/invisible stain or discoloured,it never removes that. tried with collor program. did not remove anything. I bought it just because of stain master which it promised to remove stains, but it does not clean anything.

It’s sad, no value of money. better to buy any 12000/- washing machine instead. I doubt any brand who advertises stain removal really removes. atleast not this.

Do not buy Panasonic machine. The functions are very complicated. The heater works only on 12 hour delay mode. The sensor inside the machine can get faulty anytime without you identifying the problem. You cannot depend on this product for years. It’s waste of money. Within 6 months some sensor has become faulty in this machine and the technician is unable to provide a resolution.
