Item was bought due to its low noise. Working satisfactory for two years. Now the rubber coupling on bottom of Jar is failing. Blades are getting blunt. I replaced the blade once

This is my second mixer grinder, earlier I was using Philips 650w which had given service of 5 years. Thought of replacing it since the Philips started showing old age problems. I was looking for a 1000w mixer grinder since we have lot of grinding for idli and dosa. Had considered modals like Bosch and Hawells before zeroing on Panasonic. Panasonic AC MX-AC300-H 1000-Watt Mixer Grinder comes with 3 jars ( I did not find much use of juicer jar as i am not fan of making juices in mixer.) and it is very fast in grinding. So far I had tired coconut chutney, spice mixes and idli and dosa batter. All came out good. Noise level is bearable for a 1000w model. Only concern I have is the mixer tends to heat up and you need to rest the mixer for 3-4 minutes for cooling it down also this mixer needs you to hold the jar while grinding and it is not completely hands free. If you are looking for a 1000w mixer grinder go for it

Superb operation with a powerful motor is the key to its superiority over others. It is very simple to operate with smooth touches and fulfills all possible needs of a mixer cum grinder with minimum of fuss and only three jars. The motor of 1000 w quite obviously generates a bit of noise but as long as it is capable of performing its job quite efficiently, there is no scope for any complaint. Whatever is the volume of the job one should not choose a lesser wattage considering the time factor to finish the job at hand. It seems to be a life partner in your kitchen with associated quality and apparent sturdiness of the attachments. If you are not stuck with a smaller budget , just go for it.

Some items were missing in the product like filter gasket fixing and fruit pusher. We were un happy because we missed those …..

Ordinary quality item. Since I was using Panasonic Mixer Grinder for long time, blindly ordered this item for my new home. It was shocking to see a Plastic Jar, the largest among the three, which I want to use for my Dosa batter. In my view, Panasonic is spoiling its customer base, by shipping such flimsy, poor quality product may be they are trying to cut the Cost. Next time I will be very careful with Panasonic Mixer Grinder either for myself or for suggesting to others.

The product is well built and is a premium product.
However, I was unable to find the warranty card and associated documents in the package. There was an operations booklet and no other document pertaining to the product warranty.
The overall packaging and delivery was good.
