It’s one of the best Earphone in this category. It’s design is the best thing which fits perfectly and comfortably inside the ear and it won’t fall down.
But exactly after 12 Months its one Earphone stopped working and warranty was over so ended up buying same one again.

These buds, which are the top sellers in the budget earbuds category on Amazon (US) makes me wonder what earbuds from hell people were listening to before they got them, to like them so much. I use iPhone 6 wired earbuds and wanted something better. There were several more expensive options (Sennheiser, Sony, JBL) available on deals, which I considered, but I finally decided to get these, not because of their price, but because they are so universally acclaimed. If all those people were raving about them they had to be something special, right? Wrong!
Reality did not even come close to living up to the hype. These are not nearly as comfortable as the Apple buds because they clog your ears forming a vacuum which you constantly feel, they cut off far more ambient noise because of this design. You’d think they the music would swell as a result, but on the contrary they are quite muted in comparison, the bass doesn’t thump, the mids and highs are clear but the overall volume drops and you just don’t get all the sound your device is capable of. I tried them with Spotify on the iPhone and on a Nintendo Switch with a game that had music and got the same result.
Now for the positive: I really like the angled jack which is far more practical than a straight jack for most devices. But most of all, these made me value my vanilla Apple buds like never before. If you are really strapped for cash and own only nasty, third rate buds or none at all then *maybe* get these on a deal? But honestly I can’t find it in my heart to recommend them to anyone.

I used low priced headphones of all major brands. Panasonic is the best. I bought more than four of these so far. Each one lasts six to eight months of rough use. Sound quality is good for both calls and videos. Not for audiophiles. This one is strictly for regular use daily for both calls and videos. Fit is comfortable but no noise cancellation.

is there any option to replace the head phone

I purchased this because I had previously purchased this earphone. Although now I normally use better earphones from Sennheiser, the particular model was not available at that time (ES18). This was definitely a downgrade but it is only till I get my ES18. The sound quality s is definitely better than the cheaper Sennheiser models (I have compared it with my friends)
The biggest con that I felt was actually in the wire quality. The ES18 would never tangle itself but this one somehow automatically tangles itself no matter what I do

My second Panasonic headphone clearly is a winner.
Its value for money for sure, very expensive does not mean the best. Panasonic is decently priced and and has product which does what’s intended.
