I have used Panasonic twice in the past and very satisfied with the product. The switches on the one I ordered from Amazon were not working. I had to keep them pressed while operating. I thought this was by design but got to know from the manual that it wasn’t. I ordered a replacement which was used and I had to return that as well. Went for a refund and bought the same product from store which works as expected. Not sure if others had this issue too but somehow doubt the quality of some products being sold on Amazon.

Brought recently, too much of sound and also poor customer support as most of time customer service not picking calls
