I use various Panasonic mixies for the last 25 years. When thinking about buying a mixie I look nowhere than a Panasonic mixie because they’re the best mixies available in India. The reason being Panasonic’s minute details in each design. So when I think about buying a new mixie, naturally it was another Panasonic. The Jar we use most frequently is the small Chatni Jar. In the new Chutney Jar, there’s a attachment in the Chutney Jar lid. Though the purpose of the same is good, when some hard items are added and when the mixie is started,the top attachment runs very fast and hit the hand of user which creates severe pain to the user. This is a bad design and I hope Panasonic will give due regards to this aspect. Other than this aspect, it’s performance as usual is simply great.

Please don’t buy this mixer it’s totally a waste product it has been 2months since I bought the product it vibrates like hell ,I went to service center 2 times still the problem continues and the service is also worst gives some lame reason and finally pushes the blame on customers, Didn’t expect this from Panasonic

The big jar should be like the mill jar with longer blade. Not of much use. Kind of disappointment with the big jar. Is it possible to replace the blade. Otherwise a good mixie.
I purchased a blade for big jar and it is working nice.
