The product surprised me with the most efficient heat distribution. Its unique features: independent temperature control for top and bottom heaters and fermentation mode are awesome. Cakes and pizzas are cooked uniformly. Though it doesn’t look glamorous, I found it to be better, more practical and more efficient than my old 40l oven manufactured by another brand. Highly recommended.

The product that has come is good but , the product on Description and picture is not same … I have been cheated . After more investigation into the model number this model in picture shown is NB-3200 . The picture shows stainless steel finish , the Handel is different , the nobs are different. Why is the seller showing wrong image . I paid 12,000 for stainless steel material. Black finish 38l I will get for half the price (6400) in Amazon itself from other equally good brands . I wanted an OTG that looks premium as well that’s why I paid for this . Very bad experience. I should gone for black n decker 48l stainless steel for 11,000.
This product isn’t bad , it’s solid but not what I ordered.
