This rice cooker can cook up to 14 cups of rice in 15 minutes. It’s large capacity and professional design make it a great buy for large families or just people who need to cook a lot of rice! The warming function keeps the rice moist and warm without drying it out. One problem we are having is a lot of rice sticks to the bottom and edges and won’t come out easily. It is not burned but it is wasted. The amount of rice that will be produced depends on the type of rice you are making but the bowl holds up to 10 litres of cooked rice. Be sure to position the rice catcher plate properly inside the bowl before cooking or the unit can smoke and spoil the rice. To cook the same amount of rice on the stove takes over half an hour and requires multiple runs in the pressure cooker. This unit saves us so much time.

Very nice and much spacious. So far I have cooked around 1,260 ml (180 ml × 7) rice in it (1,260 ml raw rice…nor the cooked one). I think it can take more. Nice buy.
